Marketplace (Hexed)

If you use Coven Connect & Hexed Marketplace, we collect: listings you view, items you purchase, items you sell (if applicable), and payment‑related information (processed securely by third‑party providers).

Automatically Collected Data

Base44, our app platform provider, may collect device type, app usage data, crash logs, and analytics. This data helps us improve app performance.

We use your information to: create and maintain your account, match you with compatible users, enable messaging and interactions, provide access to Hexed marketplace, improve app functionality and safety, prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of community rules, and comply with legal requirements.

We never sell your personal information.

We may share your information with: other users (based on what you choose to display on your profile), service providers such as payment processors or Base44 (our app platform), and law enforcement only if legally required.

We do not share your private messages unless required by law.

Your data is stored securely through Base44's infrastructure. We use industry‑standard protections including encrypted connections, secure authentication, and access controls.
